1 O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; 2 To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary. Psalm 63:1, 2 KJV
We must know in our hearts that God is our God even in our season of want. We are to seek or search painstakingly for God in order to be in relationship with Him earnestly in childhood or in adulthood as an early task of the day in our prayers, Bible study, hymns or morning devotions. Our will must thirst for God and our very body or self must long or pine after God as when we are in a season of want or abundance. Seek to dwell or abide in God’s presence all of your life, and behold His grace, might, and splendor through Jesus Christ our Savior.
