There are times when one is hurt by another, and then the one hurt, hurts someone else. But there are also those who are hurt, and then turn inward and hurt themselves through low self-esteem.
You wonder what did you do wrong to deserve such harmful treatment from the hands of another person.
Job says in Job 6:24 KJV, “Teach me, and I will hold my tongue: and cause me to understand wherein I have erred.”
However, Jesus, in His treatment from the Pharisees and Sadducees, experienced harm from others though He did not deserve such harmful treatment. Yet He endured to a new life with the Father.
We are so fortunate, in these times, to have a Jesus who will make it plain why we suffer in the hands of others and that He will “…return again [our] righteousness…” (Job 6.:29b). Jesus will heal us of our hurt to the point where we will not harm ourselves emotionally or others again because he has given us a new life and promise — “Listen carefully: I am sending the Promise of My Father [the Holy Spirit] upon you; but you are to remain in the city [of Jerusalem] until you are clothed (fully equipped) with power from on high.” (Luke 24:49 AMP).
Pray and believe for this blessing of new life and strength after hurt, and be grateful for the positive and graciousness emotional healing granted to us by God — “And He went throughout all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the good news (gospel) of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness among the people [demonstrating and revealing that He was indeed the promised Messiah]. (Matthew 4:23 AMP).
God Bless You All!
