In this scripture verse Jesus said that He is Lord of the sabbath day (Matthew 12:8 KJV).
Jesus’ disciples picked grain to eat on the sabbath day. They did not harvest the grain and sell it for a profit on the sabbath day which the Pharisees overlooked. Harvesting grain for a profit on the sabbath day was against the law,
